Yin Yoga for weight trainers / bodybuilders

A passive but challenging form of yoga all performed on the floor.  Poses are held 2-7 minutes, allowing gravity & your own body weight to do the work.  Find relief from joint pain & muscle soreness & stiffness. Promotes healing and elasticity to connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia). Stillness and surrender are the main aspect of yin. Reduces stress, quiets the mind.  

$80 per session / or 4 sessions for $250  (a $70 savings!)

One-on-One Hatha Yoga

Personalized to fit your needs and goals. Great for beginners or anyone seeking to deepen their current yoga practice.  Learn correct posture, form, and various breathing techniques you can utilize on AND off the mat!

Mom & daughter Yoga

Whether new to yoga or seasoned yogis, this class is a great way to bond and have fun! I'm a huge advocate of modeling healthy habits for our children, & here's a great way to leave a lasting impression. Geared toward elementary school age or older.  

$30 per session (per mom/daughter duo)
